About Me

At times things come up in life that throw us off course. Having greatly appreciated those who have supported me in moving through life's storms, I am keen to support others as they work through what they are dealing with. I work with adults and have a particular interest in supporting those who find themselves in an unexpected place – having done all that they can to live life the best way they know how and now finding that it is not working for them. I also support those who have been through upheavals in their childhood, including moving countries, facing cultural change, and having been sent to boarding school.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) with a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling awarded by The Counselling Centre in Tunbridge Wells. I work to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Professional Conduct Procedures. I also incorporate my previous Psychology training and ongoing continual professional development into my practice, tailoring how I work for each person.
As well as working in private practice, I have experience of working within organisational settings.
I bring to my work my experience of academia, industry, education and the charity sector as well as living and working overseas.
I am based in Horsham, West Sussex. I am currently working via Zoom, telephone and from rooms in Horsham.
