About Me

At times things come up in life that throw us off course. Having greatly appreciated those who have supported me through life's storms, I am keen to support others on their life's journey, facilitating them in finding their way home. This I do as a psychodynamic counsellor. This means that in exploring your current concerns we would reflect on the possible connections with earlier life experiences.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) with a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling awarded by The Counselling Centre in Tunbridge Wells, a BACP accredited institution. I work to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Professional Conduct Procedures. I also incorporate my previous Psychology training and ongoing continual professional development into my practice.
As well as working in private practice, I have experience of working within organisational settings.
I bring to my work my experience of Academia, Industry, Education and the Charity Sector as well as living and working overseas.
I am based in Horsham, West Sussex. I am currently working via Zoom, telephone and from rooms in Horsham.
