I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
My training and main orientation is psychodynamic – this means that in exploring your current concerns we would also reflect on the possible connection of this with earlier life experiences. I have a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling awarded by The Counselling Centre in Tunbridge Wells, a BACP accredited institution, and I work to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Professional Conduct Procedures. I also incorporate my previous Psychology training and learning from ongoing continual professional development into my practice.
As well as working in private practice, I have experience of working within organisational settings.
I bring to my work a background of working in Industry, Education and the Charity Sector as well as living and working overseas.
I am based in Horsham, West Sussex. I am currently working via Zoom, telephone and from rooms in Horsham.
