Karen Hanson Counselling

I have a number of years of experience of working with adults with a range of concerns and psychological distress, in both Community Counselling services and in Private Practice. I currently work in person in Horsham, and remotely via Zoom.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) with a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling awarded by The Counselling Centre in Tunbridge Wells. I work to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Professional Conduct Procedures.

I bring my training and life experience in working in education, industry and the charitable sector both in the UK and overseas to my work. I tailor my approach to your needs in supporting you in processing your experience to help you to move forward. This is likely to involve a consideration of past experiences to support deepening self awareness, to help you in finding a way through.
