How Does Counselling Help?

Counselling provides a time and space to explore your situation with another. The space to express yourself can itself be beneficial. It can also facilitate a fuller and deeper understanding of and improved relationship with yourself, your experiences and others and so can support you in working through difficulties and becoming freer to move on.

Where Do I Start?

I would love to hear from you and see how I could support you at this time. Please send me an E-mail using the contact form about what is bringing you to counselling now, your preferred availabilities and preference for in person or video-conferencing counselling. We can then arrange a short introductory call at the end of which, if we agree, we can arrange a first session. This is an opportunity for both of us to decide whether counselling with me is appropriate for you at this time.
If we agree to work together, ongoing counselling with me would be weekly on the same day and at the same time for 50 minutes. I work both in an open-ended and time limited way, depending on your need.

Cost
The initial introductory call is free.
The first stand alone session costs from £50 and takes an hour.
Ongoing weekly sessions each cost from £50 and are each 50 minutes long.
