How Does Counselling Help?
The experience of having the time and space to be listened to as you express yourself and explore your situation with a professional, that counselling provides, is beneficial in supporting putting words to experiences and in becoming more self-aware. As you process your thoughts, feelings and dreams within your past and present life experiences, in all of its various dimensions, the pains and the joys, you are supported in gaining a fuller and deeper understanding of and improved relationship with yourself, your experiences and others. This can support you in walking through a place of distress to live the life you have more fully.

I would love to hear from you to see if I can support you through this time. Please send me an E-mail using the contact form to let me know a bit about what is bringing you to counselling now. We can then arrange a free twenty minute introductory consultation to help work out if we are a good fit and to answer any questions you may have. We would then have an hour long consultation to more fully discuss possibilities of support going forward. Counselling with me would be weekly on the same day and at the same time for 50 minutes on Zoom or in person in Horsham.
The initial introductory call is free.
The first stand-alone consultation costs £60 and takes up to an hour.
Ongoing weekly sessions each cost £60 and are each 50 minutes long.
